• Your order will be dispatched within 2 Business Days of us receiving your order
• Please allow extra time for Rural orders or RD Numbers
• Once your order has been sent we will send you the tracking number and details so you can track your parcel.

Please Note once your order has been picked up by our courier we can not change the address that it's going to.

• Pick up and Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
